- Messages are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- Conversations are stored temporarily to maintain chat context
- Data is processed in accordance with our data retention policy
Important: OpenAI processes chat data according to their API data usage policies. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- OpenAI: AI chat processing
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Website hosting

We retain your data as follows:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
- Chat conversations: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Collected emails (leads): Available for export; deleted 90 days after agent deletion or account closure
- Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
